Having found Prof. Dr. Adolf Lorenz's letter of 15.12.1921 to the Chairman of the City Council of New York - Mr. Fiorello Henry La Guardia - in the Gallery of History, Dr. Norbert Steingress bought this authentic letter and gave it to the Society for the same purchasing conditions. Not only is the document an enrichment to the Lorenz Archive, but it is also relative proof of Adolf Lorenz's personal engagement to improve the relations between the two countries after World War I.
